Slow Cooker Chicken with Rice

This one pot wonder offers up comforting flavors without a lot of work.

Ingredients:

4 chicken breast, (boneless, skinless)
1 can cream of mushroom soup, 11 oz.
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup converted rice
1/2 cup water
2 cups green beans

Directions:

  1. Place chicken breasts into a slow cooker.
  2. Add soup, chicken broth, rice, water, and green beans.
  3. Cover and cook for 6 hours on low or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
